Also, suddenly very pissed off with all the poetry on deviant art. Honestly, teenage poetry is a terrible thing, and should be neither seen nor heard by anyone else. The only teenage poetry i've ever read that is actually worth reading is by Wilfred Owen (for those who don't know, WWI poet who died in the trenches aged 19) Yes i think writing a diary or poetry as a teenager is an important tool in finding out who you are, but equally important is that you don't share it with anyone. Obviously, don't pay any attention to this, this is just the sleepyness talking. and the fact that i've found some old poetry and it's shit.
